WorkTrack is a desktop application that is custom-deployed for a specific client. Thanks to this, we can customize the functionality, data structure, and appearance of the system exactly according to your company's needs.
Is there a mobile version for employees?
Yes. WorkTrack also includes a mobile application for employees that allows you to:

• confirm work shifts,
• request an advance, vacation or compensation,
• receive notifications about changes and assigned projects.
Where is our data stored? Is our data safe?
All data – including personal data, employee documents and exports – is securely stored in the AWS cloud (EC2, RDS, S3). The system uses multi-layered security, encryption and regular backups, meeting the requirements of GDPR and international security standards.
How is access to the system secured?
Access to the system is protected by individual user accounts with assigned permissions according to roles.
We support multi-factor authentication (2FA), biometric login in the mobile app, and encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).
